Currently in development
Access Aligned is currently in a testing and development phase for organisations. At this stage, signing up as an organisation means you are registering your interest to become an early tester and help shape the platform.
Organisations accepted into testing may be invited to:
- Trial early versions of the platform
- Test accessibility planning tools with your events
- Provide feedback on workflows and usability
- Help shape how access services are structured
There will be an option to subscribe to the full service at the end of the trial period.
Minimum Accessibility Standards Check
Before registering with Access Aligned, please answer the following questions. These help me understand whether your organisation currently meets my minimum accessibility standards.
The check covers five essential criteria questions and takes around three minutes to complete.
Question 1 of 5 — Accessibility Contact
Do you have a designated accessibility contact for attendees?
Question 2 of 5 — Response Times
Can you commit to the following response times for accessibility enquiries?
- Respond to enquiries within 14 days
- Respond within 48 hours when the enquiry is made less than 14 days before the event
Question 3 of 5 — Telephone Support
Can attendees contact someone by phone who is able to answer accessibility-related questions about your event?
Question 4 of 5 — Companion, PA and Essential Support Person Tickets
Do you provide a complimentary ticket for a Personal Assistant (PA), companion, carer, support worker, parent, guardian, or other essential support person when this is required as a reasonable adjustment?

- 50% discount
- £10 off standard ticket price
- Essential companion ticket £5
- One support person admitted at half price
Question 5 of 5 — Accessible Toilets
Will attendees have access to an accessible toilet during the event?

By continuing, you are registering your interest in becoming an early tester and helping shape the future development of the platform.
Organisations accepted into testing may be invited to:
- Test early platform features
- Provide feedback on accessibility workflows
- Trial attendee access management tools
- Help improve accessibility standards across live events
Your organisation does not currently meet Access Aligned's minimum accessibility standards.
To join Access Aligned, organisations must:
- Provide a monitored contact for accessibility enquiries
- Meet my accessibility enquiry response standards
- Offer accessibility support via telephone
- Provide either complimentary or discounted tickets for Personal Assistants, companions, carers, support workers, parents, guardians, or other essential support persons where required as a reasonable adjustment
- Provide accessible toilet facilities for attendees
