For Organisations

Access Aligned helps organisations manage accessibility requests, communicate with attendees, and improve accessibility planning for live events.

Early Access Testing Phase

Access Aligned is currently in a testing and development phase. At this stage, organisations are registering interest rather than being onboarded into full live use.

By registering, you may be invited to:

  • Test platform features
  • Trial accessibility planning tools
  • Provide feedback
  • Help shape future development
  • Participate in pilot projects

Check Your Eligibility

Before registering your interest, organisations must complete my Accessibility Readiness Check. This short assessment helps determine whether your organisation currently meets the minimum accessibility standards required to participate in Access Aligned.

The assessment covers areas such as:

  • Accessibility contacts
  • Communication standards
  • Accessible facilities
  • Companion and support person ticket policies
  • Accessibility information and support processes

Once completed, you can continue with the registration process.

Our Minimum Standards

Access Aligned exists to improve accessibility across the events sector. To participate, organisations must meet a number of minimum accessibility requirements. These currently include:

  • A designated accessibility contact
  • A monitored accessibility email address and/or telephone number
  • Published response times for accessibility enquiries
  • Complimentary or reduced-fee companion, PA, carer, support worker, or essential support person tickets for people with approved need

Additional requirements may be introduced as the platform develops.

Information You'll Be Asked For

During registration and testing, you may be asked to provide information about:

  • Your venue or event
  • Accessibility facilities
  • Capacity limits
  • Existing accessibility services
  • Accessibility policies
  • Contact details
  • Service availability

Looking Ahead

Following the testing phase, Access Aligned aims to support organisations with:

  • Accessibility request management
  • Service capacity tracking
  • Accessibility scheduling
  • Customer communication
  • Accessibility reporting
  • Accessibility insights and trend analysis

Help Shape the Future

By joining the testing phase, you will help influence how accessibility is managed across future events, venues, festivals, and organisations.
